She graduated from secondary food school in Liptovský Mikuláš. Subsequently, at the engineering and doctoral level of higher education in the field of human nutrition, she continued at the university in Nitra. In 2009, she completed her engineering studies and then continued her doctoral studies.

Since 2010, she has also been practicing at the MKP medical center. He works here until today. As a nutritionist, she helps people deal with food allergies and intolerances, adjust menus, reduce weight in a healthy way, and so on. She participated in the development of educational materials for patients with diabetes mellitus.

He is actively involved in writing various articles. During her doctoral studies, she published in scientific and professional journals and anthologies. She also actively spoke at several conferences. He also uses his knowledge when opposing diploma and bachelor's theses.
