I am the founder of the comprehensive nutrition system. I graduated from a 5-year engineering course in Human Nutrition. I have been professionally engaged in nutritional counseling for 7 years, it is my job, my hobby and my lifestyle. I constantly educate myself in nutrition and bring the latest nutrition information to clients, which is based on scientifically based evidence and verified in practice.

1. Meal plans

Menus include:

  • development of a lifelong nutrition plan based on tests and diagnostics (detection of hormonal imbalance, metabolic type, thyroid function, burning rate, blood tests...) (10-17 pages according to needs)
  • list of suitable and unsuitable foods based on diagnosis
  • a specific detailed weight nutritional plan

Regular consultations are recommended for the diet - once a month at a price of 20 euros (they always include measurements on the InBody device)

2. Professional consultations

On a topic of your choice in the field of nutrition, lifestyle, recipes, food intolerances, nutrition for athletes, nutrition for children, nutrition during pregnancy

3. Measurement on the InBody device

The cutting-edge InBody device is one of the newest and most reliable devices for diagnosing and analyzing the composition of the human body, used by medical experts and nutrition centers around the world.
